You can always count on New Braunfels Wedding Guide to bring something new, something original and unique to our styled shoots. Our idea to bring dance to a styled shoot waltzed its way to our When Style and Dance Tie the Knot event at the beautiful Gruene Estate venue.

The staging became a celebration of the fifties. You will find our color palette to be fun mixtures of silver, gold, rose gold, pink,  fuchsia, blush and navy, and it worked!

Cottonwood Print FULLY captured the flavor of our vision in  these gorgeous invitations! How could they have been any more perfect! I’m convinced there must have been some kind of mind meld going on between the vendors! The amazing blend of colors brought by each of them complimented and highlighted not only their own contribution but the work of fellow vendors. The result was magical!

The idea of this huge endeavor was to drop a bride and groom with their bridal party into a beautifully staged, festive, wedding musical so joyfully appealing, so lighthearted, and  so cheerfully carefree, that they found themselves lost in the music framing the entire scene.

Our staging to instigate this plan began with a magnificently decorated banquet table. Comal Event Rental had just the right shade of pink linens to cover our tables. Blumen Meisters did an exqusite job with the floral decor and arrangements.  I love how they used Pepperberry to bring in our pinks!

The tall floral stands coupled with the colorful balloon cascade provided by Balloon Man LLC produced the  appearance of a layered frame to the bridal table. Brides, imagine this scene uniquely crafted  in your own choice of colors for your reception dinner. What is not to love!

Is there any substitute for vintage china, crystal and sterling silver dinnerware? Relic Rentals, who provided our lounge area, also brought just the right combination of items for our place settings! We loved seeing how the combination of your elegant choices, the balloons and florals blended so magnificiently!

More than being  aesthetically fabulous in appearance, the soft hews with the splash of color simply made everyone happy! It was the perfect backdrop for our dancers!

Ahhh, the wedding cake!! Cakes by Summer designed this beautiful creation! Summer is an artist and brings that gift to her cakes. Her attention to detail always is a step above. If you look closely, you’ll see the roses etched throughout the bottom layer of the cake. It was exactly what we were after, simple elegance amid our fun-loving setting! What a  beautiful backdrop!

Our bar set up was by Southern Tapsters. They even made a couple of signature drinks just for the occasion. These guys love bringing their craft to an event. This phenominal bar at Gruene Estate made bringing this layer to our shoot amangly easy!

With the staging in place, we were ready to go! Meet Dfntly Entertainment! Where to begin? The dance team wore attire from Celebrations Bridal and Prom. It’s hard to know how to credit Celebrations Bridal and Prom  with all their due!  Samantha listens and then offers her expert opinion on everything from colors to the right attire needed to produce the desired affect. So we lean heavily on Sam’s advice because she never steers us wrong!

The chosen dresses and the event definitely called for pearls! I called Save the Pearls and asked the owner to create something  for our bride and bridesmaids! The pearl necklaces, earrings and rings provided were absolutely stunning!

Finally, Glam on Demand was on location early ready to begin hair and makeup. What I love about these girls is the  confidence they bring to their craft and their easy conversation that makes everyone in the room comfortable!

We were delighted after sharing our idea with Diana, the choreorgrapher for Dfntly Entertainment, to hear she was onboard with us. It was such fun working with her! Initially, in the production process, she of course had to have the music we wanted for the video. Yikes! This enormous job was extremely overwhelming! What to pick! In the music arena  “the world was our canvas!”  After much deliberating, we surrendered and went with our own personal favorites. Choreographing and dance rehearsals began in San Antonio while planning moved forward with our group of local participating vendors.

Understand, throughout this production process, we met only once with Diana in the months leading up to our event! All our communication was by phone and email. Our only glimpse at what we would see the day of the event was a little clip from one of the dance team’s rehearsals.

Our hedged bet was on Diana and Dfntly Entertainment to bring the desired outcome to When Style and Dance Tie the Knot, and they DID!

Providing entertainment at events is a popular option today. If you are looking for entertainment, you really need to look no further! Diana and her team of dancers are phenomenal!

With the combination styled shoot/dance video production we had scheduled, you can imagine the hard work our photographer, Davide Pezzat Photography, and videographer, Paul Dubiel Videography had in store! The two met for the first time on the day of the shoot but worked in concert with each other beautifully to produce an original! We can not say enough about these two professionals. Because of David’s eye for applying extraordinarily unique comprehensive coverage and Paul’s enthusiasium and experience, we knew we were in safe hands!

The incredible vendors for this New Braunfels Wedding Guide styled shoot/dance video are among the best in their industry. It was an amazing gathering of talent! Thank you all for bringing such hard work and creativity to our day! It was such a pleasure working with you all!

Gruene Estate is a one of a kind! Everything about the facility perfectly suited this project! It provided the perfect backdrop, the perfect ambience! This venue is magical!

Paul Dubiel Videography should have our video ready for release soon! Stay tuned for part two of When Style and Dance Tie the Knot!
