Hi there! I’m Stephanie Renae, photograph-obsessed, hopeful romantic, proud Latina, and your friend. As your photographer, I strive to document you, as you are. I mention the word “humans” throughout my work a lot because that’s who I want my photos to reach. See… the word “humans” implies imperfection, living, beauty, community, breathing, raw and so much more. I am not only here as your resource and to hold your hand through the wedding planning process (and literally on the day of), but also a place for you to bear your true self as we walk this time together. I am so excited to celebrate your love and will be right next to you as we shed all the tears, eat all the cake, and showcase our moves on the dance floor!
After inquiring with me, we set up a consult call over video. We get to know each other a bit more, answer any questions you may have and if we are a good fit – you book with me!
During this time, I will send over a couple of questionnaires which allow me to get to know you both as people and learn your dynamic. It allows me to start fine tuning what I should be focusing on during your big day. We also work closely together on your timeline.Planning
Engagement sessions are my favorite. This is a moment where we can really be creative and hone into your unique personalities + qualities. It’s also a great time to get comfortable with me while having a camera in front of you.
The ABSOLUTELY BEST DAY EVER. The day we have been waiting for and talking about for months. This day is all about you both, and I will be next to you the entire time. I will be your confidant, cheerleader and support. The Big Day!
My turnaround for wedding and elopements are 6-8 weeks! For other sessions, the turnaround is 2-4 weeks, depending on my current schedule. I will send over a little sneak peek of your gallery within 48 hours of your session!

The amount of images depends on the type of session. If the session is an elopement or wedding, you will generally receive at least 50 images per hour of set duration.
I promise you, you are not awkward. It is totally normal to feel nervous and a little overwhelmed prior to the session since being in front of a camera is not something many of us do all the time. Rest assured, helping you feel comfortable is my job! During the session and wedding day we will focus on constant movement and I will guide you throughout it to achieve the vibe we have been talking about during our discovery calls. Don’t worry about being any other than yourselves.
Of course! During our initial video call, we will go over the details: what you are envisioning for your special day, or for your session in general, the must-haves, length of time, flexibility, etc. I am here to help as much as you’d like me to!
Once you book with me, I will send you my outfit guide! Do not feel obligated to follow it to a T but do use it to help spark ideas! Like always, we can chat more about it during our initial video call or as we approach the date.
During our initial video call, we will discuss what you are envisioning for your session. I will get a few feelers of what scenery you feel the most comfortable in and will recommend at least two different locations!
