Location: Located on a private 38 acres this luxury estate is in the Hill Country and conveniently located in sought after New Braunfels, TX.

Situated in the middle of an oak grove, the ceremony site is a romantic setting for couples to exchange their vows.

The lush green surroundings can be viewed from the property’s second-floor balconies add to the overall charm of this wedding destination.

Facilities and Capacity: La Dolce Vita Estates is a half-century-old estate with a modern fairy-tale aesthetic.

The building features a wide balcony with simplistic round arches and lantern-style lighting fixtures, creating a picturesque vision for wedding portraits and grand entrances.

Two homes found on site are ideal for overnight accommodations or as a place for you and your wedding party to get ready.

Rows of trees line the lawn which is a perfect place for you to spend your reception dinner surrounded by nature.

Or for a more sophisticated floor plan choose to have your reception in the gorgeous reception Tent. The tent has two grand chandeliers, the parameter is lined with bistro lights, and for the focal point the middle has a large hanging greenery display cascading towards the dance floor!

For ceremonies up to 250 guests can be seated as they watch you at the altar.

The white hexagon arch with crystal chandelier create a tranquil setting to say “I Do”.

The dedicated staff provides all-inclusive services to make their venue a one-stop-shop for you to enjoy.

Accommodation: La Dolce Vita Estates has on-site lodging for 34 of your closest friends and family.

The main house, Hotel California has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. In total, it sleeps up to 26 individuals.

The Guest Quarters sleeps 8 guests in three bedrooms and one bathroom. There is plenty of entertainment space available throughout the house, and outside there is an in-ground swimming pool, hot tub and stoned patio.

This area is ideal for before or after the main event, this retreat offers a great opportunity to create a smooth transition from one day to the next, turning a one-day event into a weekend getaway that you will cherish forever.

FAQ About La Dolce Vita Estates

A non-refundable deposit of $500 & signed contract is required to reserve your date for live painting services. All custom painting commissions done in studio require a 50% deposit. Due to high demand it is recommended to book as early as possible especially for peak Texas wedding season in the Fall. Availability is not guaranteed but in the event I am already booked, please inquire about my custom commissions from photographs.

A few weeks prior to your event, I will consult with you about the final details of the big day, including final timeline, floor plans, decor, and all the details that you would like incorporated in the scene. Upon consultation I will create a mock sketch for you to approve the final layout of your painting.

The day of your event I will arrive 2-3 hours prior to the ceremony start to set up and begin painting.

I will paint on site live at your event for approximately 5-10 hours depending on the size of the canvas and the level of detail chosen.

Your live Wedding Painting will be 80-95% complete by the end of the event. I will complete additional details in studio and the finished painting will be available for pick up or shipping 6-12 weeks after your event. For the exception of Clients purchasing greeting cards, they will have their paintings will have an expedited completion of 2-4 weeks post event.

Some venues such as Churches will not allow for a live artist to paint in the interior. In such cases there are limitations at a ceremony site, I will take reference photos of the ceremony and paint live at the reception. Please designate a 5’x5’ space at the reception with access to an electrical outlet and extra chair. To maintain the top quality of your artwork, outdoor painting spaces can be designated if weather conditions are not rainy, not excessively windy, not in direct sun with over a 90 degree temperature, or in temperatures below 50 degrees.

The full balance for live painting services will be due 1 week prior to your event. All custom painting commissions must be paid for in full upon the paintings completion before delivery

Due to high demand, ALL deposits & money paid towards your painting is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel services, you may use any funds paid towards your live painting service towards a future event or custom commission done in studio.

You can plan, prepare and think everything is going to work out to schedule, but the Good Lord has other plans. Without Katie and Joey, we would not have been able to pull off the amazing day for my daughter and son-in-law. When an unexpected thunderstorm came out of nowhere when guests were seated at the ceremony location, Katie and Joey went into high gear. We were able to adjust, adapt and create a celebration I would have never thought was possible. The chaos also created an amazing miracle of their bridesmaid being able to stand next to her because of the delay and her being Active Army and having to attend a mandatory drill. When the Army said no, the Lord said, I got this. And wow, what a miracle it was indeed. So it was not a happenstance that Katie and Joey crossed our paths years ago. The transportation provided was excellent and an added bonus to the day and highly recommend as a courtesy to your guests and added safety. Having a strong coordinator that can be firm is an absolute necessity for the day to run smoothly. Also highly important is someone who can make decisions on a moments notice, act quickly and efficiently, and you will have that with Team One. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, just do it! You won’t regret it!
