We hired Maddie and her team for our day of wedding coordination. Maddie was incredibly helpful in last minute planning and timeline creation and helped relieve any last minute stress I was feeling. Sean was our day of coordinator and made our wedding day go off without a hitch- we couldn't have pulled it off without her! From venue set up in the morning through our sparkler send off at the end of the evening, there was no detail that was missed. Maddie and her team turned our wedding day into an unforgettable celebration and we cannot thank them enough!

Why should we hire a wedding planner & coordinator?

Don’t make your mom work on your wedding day! Your wedding should be a special moment for everyone involved. By hiring a wedding planner and coordinator you are ensuring your wedding day will be beautiful and flawless. Leave the hard work and stress to me. Give me all your ideas about exactly how you want your special day to look and go & I will make it happen!

Should we book as soon as we get engaged or wait?

Dates can fill up fast. Book as soon as you know you’ve found the one you want to spend the rest of your life with!

Will you work with the vendors we have chosen or only the ones you recommend?

I’m happy to work with the vendors you’ve chosen! I am simply assisting you in making your day perfect.

Do you offer additional services other than the ones outlined in your packages?

Sure! Let’s chat. I’d love to see what I can do to make your moment special.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes! I am fully insured and can provide a copy of my insurance to anyone who needs it.

Is it just Maddie?

No! Moments by Maddie has some other amazing lead coordinators to help make your wedding a success. Sean, Lily, and Sam work along side Maddie to ensure your big day is Perfect!

Do you Travel?

Yes! Though a travel fee may apply, I would love to travel to your event, wherever that may be!
