What makes a wedding so beautiful? DETAILS! Fiesta Haus has stunning items to help accent your wedding. They knew how to match our Denim Things and Diamond Rings theme perfectly! This family-owned and operated event rental business has an eye for detail and a love for making your celebrations nothing less than perfection.
Unique Signage and Stationary: The Write Girl
Continuing with the importance of details, The Write Girl provided all of our gorgeous signage and stationery! Designed by her creative eye, The Write Girl captured the rustic elegance of our wedding theme and put it to paper and acrylic. All of her signs are hand-drawn and one of a kind. She designs all stationary (invitations, RSVP cards, menus, etc.) and hand-writes the addresses for envelopes. Having these unique pieces are what make your wedding stand out.
Lavish Lounges: Accents and Events
Instead of a photo booth, how about a photo lounge? Accents and Events is based out of New Braunfels, TX, and is run by two sisters! Their selection of unique pieces make it easy to build the perfect lounge area for your wedding colors and vibe! Their navy couch, light blue chairs, and cowhide perfectly embodied denim and rustic elegance! Their blue rug complimented our ceremony site, but it was also functional! Having a rug in your walkway will help keep your dress from getting dirty and gives you a better surface to float down the aisle.
Beautiful Blooms: The Floral Studio
The Floral Studio worked their magic for our florals! They created a whimsical and feminine bouquet that still aligned with our “denim” color palette with boutonnieres to match of course! Their altar floral piece tied everything together. With its explosion of cascading greenery and variations of blues, the arrangement was the perfect background for our ceremony. And lastly, their statement centerpiece in front of the head table gave us the dimension we needed!
Sweet Treats: Guiltless Goodies by Sylvia
Guiltless Goodies is in the business of supplying beautiful cakes that are also yummy to eat. The bride’s cake was lemon cake with raspberry filling with her signature buttercream. The groom’s cake was chocolate whiskey bourbon cake with salted caramel and chocolate buttercream. Our theme was captured with two cakes! The groom’s cake was perfect for our “Denim Things” while the bride’s elegant cake fit our “Diamond Rings.”
Getting Glammed Up: Lipstick and Locks
We have Lipstick and Locks to thank for our flawless bridal party. Thanks to their expertise, our bridal party was glowing throughout the day. Her attention to details provided us with hairstyles that best suited each individual as well as complimenting our upscale rustic theme.
Elevated Dining: Haus Cuisine Private Kitchen
Your theme doesn’t have to stop when it comes to food. Haus Cuisine Private Kitchen supplied the perfect menu to balance rustic with elegance. On the menu was a Mexican Caesar salad, steak tar-tare, Texas snapper, and a mouth-watering Texas wagyu. All of your guests will rave about your wedding dinner when it’s catered by your very own private chef, Michael!
Setting the Mood: Cello Vida
Want to set the mood for your wedding? Cello Vida is who you need! Their motto is “spreading joy through music” and have a multitude of musicians to make it happen. Their violinist, Ryan Zarmbinski, provided beautiful music during both the ceremony and reception portions of our styled shoot. Ryan was able to capitalize on our theme by playing well-known country and pop songs which are our bride and groom’s favorite genres. Having live music played during the ceremony really gives a beautiful and elegant enhancement to any wedding.
Make it Official: Texas Wedding Ministers
We had Reverend Esparza, from Texas Wedding Ministers, officiate our wedding! He is a perfect representation of what Texas Wedding Ministers offer with all of their officiates. He was professional, personable, and kept everyone laughing. While presenting the bride and groom’s love for each other, Reverend Esparza made the ceremony enjoyable and memorable for all in attendance.
The Extra Flare: ROAR Over Texas
ROAR Over Texas added an extra touch of country charm by adding their 5 foot “LOVE” marquee letters. They also made our bride and groom’s first dance extra special by adding a cloud effect to the dance floor. ROAR Over Texas is a family-owned company and is operated by local first responders. This gives you the amazing opportunity to level up your wedding day with outdoor fireworks or indoor pyrotechnics without having to worry about safety.
Dressed to Impress: Celebrations Bridal & Prom
Celebrations Bridal & Prom hit the mark with dressing our bride, groom, and matron of honor. Thanks to their array of different dress styles and multitude of dress sizes, we were able to find a dress for the bride to say “YES”! The bride’s dress had extra flare with fringe sleeves and a beautiful shape. With our upscale rustic theme we wanted a little more than denim jeans, so why not a denim-looking suit for our groom! Our matron-of-honor was dressed in a light blue bridesmaid’s dress that complimented the bride and groom’s apparel.
The Backbone: Heaven Sent Event Planning
Heaven Sent Events was the driving force for this shoot. Before the event, Heaven Sent Events picked out every detail and was the point of contact for all vendors. On the day of, Jessica flawlessly coordinated the event by using a productive timeline and volunteered to do whatever was needed to make the day even better!
