About Blissful Moments Events

With a passion for and all things romantic, I began my event planning career in 2019 when I helped my cousin plan and coordinate her wedding. After that night I quickly fell in love with the industry. I then began working for one of New England’s top wedding planner as her assistant then shortly after I was lead coordinator/planner. From luxurious mansion weddings in Newport, Rhode Island, to intimate backyard weddings in Massachusetts, I fell in love with the idea that no two weddings are alike. From that spark grew Blissful Moments Events!

After several years living in New England I decided to move back down to Texas where I was born and raised. And with that move along came Blissful Moments Events. Expanding my experience from baking pastries and photography, to designing weddings. My zest for life combined with creativity has allowed me to create one-of-a-kind events.

If you are interested in moving forward with Blissful Moments Events, please fill out our inquiry form and let’s setup a time to meet for coffee or a video chat to get to know one another. During this chat I can answer any questions you may have about the planning process and go into further detail on how we’ll work together to make your special day come to life.

After we have our consultation chat, I’ll know more about your wedding and which package and optional add-on services will meet your needs best. Using this information I will build a custom contract for you. You should then review all the details and make sure you have no changes or additions.

When you approve the contract you can digitally sign the document and submit your deposit payment. Typically, we ask for fifty percent of the total fee due at signing and the remaining amount due one month before the wedding date, but we’re happy to divide the fee into multiple smaller payments.

Best suited for couples that have secured their venue and dream team, all contracts have been signed, all design plans have been implemented, you are in the last three months of planning and are finally looking to relax and enjoy the planning process.

Our team happily steps in to take over all vendor and event management, as your project manager/coordinator. We make sure that all boxes have been checked, create all detailed timelines and logistical coordination, and execute your day as seamlessly and stress-free as intended. We understand that your celebration is truly a production and on your day, you should be able to enjoy every aspect and element with your guests.

– Attendance at rehearsal.

– Day of management and coordination with ceremony and reception.

– Primary point of contact for all wedding vendors.

You’ve already done some planning for your big day but now you just want to take a step back and relax. Full planning but on a smaller scale, while tips and tricks to ensure your event goes as dreamed.

Partial Planning is designed on an individual basis for couples who do not require full planning or are coming to us midway through the planning process. We oversee all areas of the wedding planning process and become hands-on involved in the planning process where you decide what you need help with. Whether it is sourcing a specific vendor, floor plan creation, or guest list management, this service is designed to save you valuable time, money and stress by relying on the expertise of a professional Wedding Planner.

– Unlimited face to face / video consultations.

– Create and provide a detailed timeline to all vendors.

– Attendance at site visit & rehearsal.

– Day of management and coordination with ceremony and reception.

– Primary point of contact for all wedding vendors.

From building and managing your dream team of vendors, selecting the most perfect location, budget consultation to determine your financial comfort zone, benchmarks and comprehensive checklist, attending meetings on the couple’s behalf (especially if you are planning out of state), floor plans, and design services that are elegant and timeless, and most importantly managing your day flawlessly. We take care of it all, giving you and your guests an experience and memories they will cherish for a lifetime.
